Terms:

All orders are shipped prepaid, either on-line by credit or debit card, or by check.

We accept American Express, VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER. A $25.00 minimum order is required for credit card purchase.

Shipping:

Shipping is via UPS 7-day ground. Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days from purchase date. Expedited shipping is available upon your request. All freight charges include instrument insurance based on the value of your order.

Returns:

All returns must be assigned a Return Authorization number. This RA number and approval for the return can be obtained via customerservice@toneandtimbre.com. We will issue a UPS pickup for any defective merchandise, if the item was sent you within the last 60 days.
